They did a craft first and decorated pumpkins.
Ashlyn was so sweet and let Aubrey hang out next to her. She is pretty proud of Aubrey. Since Aubrey and I are up there every Tuesday to volunteer, her friends know Aubrey's name and always want to say hi to her. Aubrey loves going up to the school and is mesmerized by it all.
I am so thankful that I am able to stay home and raise my babies which allows me to be involved with Ashlyn's class.
Earlier this week Aubrey and I went to a walking trail just down from our house. It is a great area to walk and has a pond with geese that just hang out. We took some bread to feed the geese while we were there. All the other times we've been we forgot bread so I thought this would be a special treat for Aubrey. When we walked up to the trail the geese spotted something in our hand and started to surround us. Within 5 seconds of standing there a blasted goose bit my leg! Have you ever been bitten by a goose? It stink'n hurt! I still have two triangle shaped bite marks on my leg! I quickly yanked Aubrey up before she got bit and chunked the bread as far as I could. Aubrey was ticked because she wanted to feed the geese so I pushed a screaming three year old along the one mile walking trail. It wasn't the pleasant walk I expected. We ended up leaving after one trip around the trail to head home so I could douce my leg with peroxide. Dumb birds!

Yikes! Your FIL says there is nothing good about geese! Glad Aubrey didn't get bitten!
