Shhhh

Aubrey can be very loud. She is so sweet and cuddly and just so darn cute but she can talk loud, real loud. She has the cutest squeakiest voice. But it can be a loud squeaky voice. Like many three year old's, she is very observant and very blunt. Those two characteristics mixed with a loud voice can be a dangerous combination or shall I say embarrassing combination.
There have been several instances where I want to cover her mouth and run...

While eating together at Chick-fil-a there was a couple that was sitting at the table next to us. (The tables were unusually close) The man was having sinus issues and was constantly coughing, sniffing, or clearing his throat. Aubrey picked up on this and started mimicking his every sound. Every sound!

After the couple left another man came and took their table. He just so happened to have a very full head of curly hair. Aubrey looks over and says. "Momma he has big hair. He has crazy hair!!"

While waiting in line at Lowe's there was a gentleman in front of us. He was rather large and heavy in the stomach. His shirt was quite long and big and was rather raggedy. Aubrey starts pointing and giggling, "Momma he wearing a dress. Momma he has holes in his dress".

While at the library Aubrey spots a man with long hair pulled back into a pony tail. She points and hollers "He has long hair. He thinks he's a mommy!"

While eating dinner out we were sitting in a booth and an african american woman sits behind Aubrey and I. She has her very thick fluffy hair pulled back into a huge pony tail/bun type style. Aubrey immediately states, "She has big hair". Then asked no less than twenty times if she could touch her hair.

Oh, my sweet sweet Aubrey girl! When Aubrey was a tiny baby and so laid back and easy going I told Phillip, "you just watch she is going to give me a run for my money". And I was right! But I wouldn't change a single thing about her!

I'm sitting here laughing and laughing! Sorry Becca, this isn't payback, you were more like Ashlyn:) Maybe you need to have a talk with her at home and again before you go in public.
