Monday- Soup and Baked Potato Bar (Body Life Group)
Tuesday- Spaghetti and Meatballs (from freezer stock), Green Beans
Wednesday- Almond Crusted Tilapia, Risotto, Asparagas
Thursday- Beef Burritos, Spanish Rice, Black Beans
Friday- Stuffed Bell Peppers, Fried Okra
Saturday- Taco Soup (from freezer stock), Quesadillas
Sunday- Pork Chops with Caramelized Apples and Onions (these pork chops are A-mazing), mashed potatoes, sweet peas
I am also going to make two new snacks this week.
Granola Bars for the girls and Lime 'n honey black bean dip for a lunch side or healthy snack.
This past week I saw this recipe for Peanut Butter Banana smoothie on Pinterest and gave it a try. I always need a small snack in the afternoon to keep my blood sugar leveled and smoothies always seem to do the trick. It was a hit and I think I'll rotate between this new smoothie and my favorite.
