Menu Planning

I have a lot of new meals on the menu this week. Well, almost everything is new! I love to try new recipes and Phillip loves for me to cook new recipes! Most of the time I try to make one new recipe a week but this week I'm going off the deep end. Hopefully we end up with a lot of keepers!

The only one I am worried about is the Beef Stroganoff. My mom has a really really good recipe but it uses creamed soup which I don't use when cooking for my family. So, this new recipe has some high standards to live up to! Although I did find a subsitute for creamed soup that doesn't have all the junk I'm wanting to try. So, maybe Mom's recipe can be added back into my recipe rotation after all and I can have two Stroganoff choices. :)

Monday- Chili (Body Life Group)
Tuesday- Almond Crusted Tilapia, Roasted Green Beans with Mushrooms (new), potatoes
Wednesday- Tuscan Garlic Chicken (new), Pasta, Okra
Thursday- Chicken Ranch Pizza (new), corn
Friday- Dirty Rice (new), Asparagus
Saturday- Beef Stroganoff (new), Pasta, Sweet Peas
Sunday- Burgers (from freezer), sweet potato fries

I've made the Garlic Tuscan Chicken and it was very good! Let me know how the Beef Stroganof (SP?) turns out. :)

Let me know how the beef stroganoff turns out, I'll have to try it if it's just as good.
